Winter & Spring CSA Information and Cost

Small Meat Share
A small meat share gives you weekly deliveries of pasture raised and organically supplemented chicken and turkey and pasture raised non-GMO pork. You may also receive ground beef and some less expensive lamb cuts, such as ground lamb or lamb stew meat. This share offers a range of high quality meat at a lower cost. The cuts you receive will vary from week to week, and the quantity of meat will vary based on the cost (for example, a 5lb chicken is the same cost as 3lbs of bacon). Expect roughly 3-6lbs a week. There is a pork-free option you can choose at checkout.
Deliveries are currently ongoing and will last until the week of February 24th, with breaks for Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you sign up now, the price will be adjusted for however many weeks are left. In March we will switch to our spring session.

Full Share *
A large meat share gives you weekly deliveries of all the meat that we offer: pasture raised and organically supplemented chicken and turkey, pasture raised non-GMO pork, and 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb. This share offers larger quantities as well as the most variety of cuts. The cuts will vary from week to week, and the quantity of meat will vary based on the cost (for example, a 5lb chicken is the same cost as 2lbs of steak). Expect roughly 5-9lbs a week. There is a pork-free option you can choose at checkout.

Egg Share
Our egg share offers weekly deliveries of farm fresh eggs. Our eggs come from pasture raised chickens, who spend their days running around in fields and eating bugs. They are non-pasteurized and we offer both washed and unwashed.

Winter Vegetable Share
Our garden is currently producing cold-weather vegetables: carrots, beets, broccoli, spinach, kale, swiss chard, and collard greens. These are grown with zero sprays, using organic compost and sustainable farming practices such as no-till farming. These will not be available for the entire winter session, but can be added on for a shorter period. Expect 3-5 types of vegetables per week in usable quantities (2 heads of broccoli, a pound of carrots, etc.)
